CTPAT Compliance
We are CTPAT compliant, which allows us to work with foreign importers under the new regulations.
Under these regulations, a foreign company—for example, a manufacturer in Toronto—can act as the Importer of Record (IOR) and assume responsibility for paying duties and taxes on behalf of its customers in the United States. The foreign company would also maintain its own customs bond.
